1. Who we are (data controller)

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer; privacy enquiries are handled at the contact address above (marcel@balvanko.com).

2. What data we collect

This is a marketing website. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set tracking cookies. We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us.

• Demo / contact form: when you submit the "Book a demo" form, we collect your name, email address, gym / organisation name, and the message you write. Submitting the form requires your explicit consent (a checkbox you must tick).
• Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request, to deliver the site securely and prevent abuse.
• Web fonts: the fonts on this site are self-hosted on our own infrastructure. Displaying them does not send any request or personal data to third parties.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo: legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the consent box, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
• To operate and secure the website (server logs, abuse prevention): our legitimate interest in providing a working, secure site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who we share data with (processors & transfers)

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, under data-processing agreements, and only as needed:

• Resend (email delivery): your form submission is emailed to us via Resend, a service operated from the United States. This means your form data is transferred to the USA. We rely on appropriate safeguards for this transfer — Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Hosting provider (Vercel): serves the website and processes server logs on our behalf.

5. How long we keep it

We keep demo / contact enquiries only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes and then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
• have your data deleted (erasure / "right to be forgotten");
• restrict or object to our processing;
• receive your data in a portable format (data portability);
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.

7. Complaints
