Absolutely. Pro is a flat rate for gyms of any size. And if you are a smaller gym where Pro is not the right fit, we can arrange a tailored, limited plan — just reach out.
Do climbers pay to use it?
No. The app is free for your members — you pay as the gym.
How does onboarding work?
We are on hand for any questions. We help with your full gym setup — grades, colours, sectors and walls — plus user roles and the work-tracking feature, so the switch is as smooth as possible.
Is Balvanko a full gym-management system?
Balvanko is the climbing-experience and operations layer — the member app, routesetting and work-tracking across boulders, routes and spraywalls. It works alongside your membership, billing, access control and POS rather than replacing them.
